FRAME
We meticulously craft our frames from kiln-dried solid maple—a premium choice for durability and style. Each frame is expertly assembled with glue, screws, double dowels, staples, and corner blocking to ensure enduring strength and quality.
FOAM
Our standard seating features plush 2.6-density foam wrapped in poly for optimal comfort. For an added touch of luxury, clients can elevate their seating experience with an optional upgrade: a sumptuous layer of down, feather, and fibre encasing the foam core, crafting an irresistibly soft and luxurious feel.
SPRING
Our seating is constructed using a minimum of 8-gauge sinuous springs, ensuring a "No-Sag" experience. This robust suspension system offers both supreme comfort and lasting durability.
